1. 반품/교환 가능 기간 : 변심 반품의 경우, 교재를 수령한 날로부터 7일 이내 환불 가능합니다. 단, 상품의 결함 및 계약 내용과 다를 경우에는 교재 수령일로부터 3개월 이내, 그 사실을 알거나 알 수 있었던 날로부터 30일 이내에 반송료 없이 환불 가능합니다.
2. 반품/교환 비용 : 변심 혹은 구매착오로 인한 반품/교환은 반송료는 고객(구매자) 부담입니다. 교재의 반송 및 미사용 확인 후 결제 금액에 따라 반송료 차등 적용됩니다.
* 20,000원 이상 결제자의 경우, 교재 구매금액에서 왕복 배송료(반송료 포함) 적용된 5,000원 차감 적용
